NURSERY GARDEN LEVIDIA
NURSERY GARDEN LEVIDIA was established in 2012 as a direct Turkish investment in the Macedonian agriculture. We deal with production of fruit planting material for: apples, pears, plums, hazel, almond, peach, apricot, grafted walnut, but we feature seedlings of lemon, tangerine, pomegranate, olive and other fruit species.
BUSINESS – TECHICAL COOPERATION
We concluded business-technical cooperation with renowned nurseries from Bursa, Bandirma and Izmir with a purpose to implement the technology of production that is adopted in Turkey, thus opening possibilities for production of new fruit sorts well known on the European market.
PLANTING MATERIAL
Beside new sorts we introduced production of plant material on in-vitro bases that are virus free and certified with a purpose to enable modernization of the Macedonian fruit production and getting closer to the EU standards.
AREA
LEVIDIA NURSERY GARDEN features area of 21 hectares in Zelenikovo (Skopje region), beside river Vardar, designed for production of plant material. This enables us to continually widen the assortment of fruit trees and to enrich our nursery with production of evergreen trees, ornament trees and all types of berries.
GARDEN CENTER
LEVIDIA NURSERY features the largest garden center in Macedonia, located at Kachanichki pat (the road to Kosovo) on area of 5000 m2, where you can find all kinds of planting material.
