AGRO KALEM, from the village of Timjanik, Negotino, is a family-owned company established by Goce and Vaska Mojsovski, which has been in operation for 23 years. Our primary activity is the production and sale of table grapes, as well as grape and fruit seedlings. Our products are of excellent quality.
Under the sun's rays in the heart of the Tikvesh region, along the Vardar River, at an altitude of 150 meters, in Timjanik, are located our table grape plantations, as well as the grape and fruit seedlings nursery. The main goal of the company is to invest in improving the techniques for harvesting, packaging grapes, and storing them in an appropriate refrigerator. We place special emphasis on the method of packaging of grapes and packaging. Investing in packaging means added value to the products, thus increasing our competitiveness in the domestic and foreign markets. Our products are classified and sorted according to the needs of our customers.
We produce fruit seedlings of all types and varieties: apples, plum, pear, apricot, cherry, peach, sour cherry, almond, walnut... From the wine varieties of seedlings for vineyards we have: Chardonnay, Smederevka, Vranec, Kratošija, Temjanika, ... And from the table varieties: Victoria, Cardinal, Palieri, Strashenski, Afuzali, Muscat Italy, Moldavia...
To ensure maximum quality of what we offer on the market, we have built our own refrigerator, which allows us to store our own products (table grapes and seedlings) in the most appropriate way.
MADZUN PRODUCTION
In the city under the vine, the most delicious food is made from grapes, and only from their juice. It’s a product with a characteristic smell, sweet-sour taste, and aroma obtained - the miracle of a medicine that comes from the Tikvesh region - his majesty MADZUN.
Madzun, also called grape malt, is a 100% natural product without added sugar, additives and preservatives. Madzun is a natural sweetener that is produced from grape juice and is an excellent substitute for sucrose (white sugar).
The story of this natural sweetener is as old as grapes. In the past, our grandparents did not have an abundance of sugar, because it was quite expensive, so they prepared sweets and cakes with majun. Madzun was made from white and red grape varieties. The fact that they fed madzun to babies, proofs how much they believed in its healing properties. Today, science has proven this way of eating to be extremely healthy. In the Tikvesh region, there is a famous saying that madzun from white grapes is food, and from red grapes is medicine.
AGRO KALEM's madzun can now be purchased in Europe. The representative of this elixir from the Tikvesh region is the company OLYMPIA GEAR from Austria.
