VEZE SHARRI - LECKER - ELEKTRO SHARRI

The poultry farm VEZË SHARRI, located in the village of Trebosh in Tetovo – North Macedonia, is established as German-Macedonian investment with construction of farm intended for breeding of day-old chicks and laying hens.

VEZË SHARRI is a company that is focused on complete customer satisfaction. It has a widespread distribution network and exports eggs to the countries of the region, the EU and NATO with a capacity of 120,000 laying hens and an annual production of over 34,000,000 eggs, thus meeting the needs of the market in our country.

VEZË SHARRI has 2 rooms for growing day-old chicks with a total capacity of 60,000 chicks and 4 facilities with a total capacity of 120,000 laying hens.

In order to guarantee safety of products, the quality management system of Vezë Sharri is certified according to ISO 22000:2018 standard and has introduced and implements HACCP and HALAL system.

Since 2007, VEZË SHARRI has started the production of meat products, minced meat and processed chicken and beef under the brand LECKER.

The establishment is constructed and built according to all European and HACCP standards for production of meat products, minced meat and meat preparations. The establishment has capacity for production of 5 tons on daily basis, and annual production of 1000 tons products.

The special feature of the LECKER factory is that only healthy chickens from its own production and products from verified producers and suppliers of raw materials, additives, spices and packaging materials are used in the production process.

ELEKTRO SHARI is the first biogas power plant in North Macedonia to produce electricity. The facility's capacity for electricity production is 1 megawatt per hour, i.e. 8,760,000 kilowatt hours per year.

Waste and by-products from the VEZË SHARRI farm, as well as other agricultural waste, are used as raw material for electricity production. In ELEKTRO SHARI, waste is not treated as waste, but as a renewable source of energy, from which, after burning the methane, electricity and heat are obtained. The rest after fermentation is processed again to produce organic fertilizer-improver of land properties in the amount of 8,000 tons per year. NATURPUR organic fertilizer is approved and registered in the relevant institutions and it is approved for export to the countries of the European Union by meeting the highest international standards for quality and safety of health and environment.
