MLECHEN PAT
The dairy MLECHEN PAT is located in the Tikvesh region, in Kavadarci and is considered to be the first dairy in Tikvesh. Our company produces different variety of yellow cheese, white cheese, and cottage cheese, from cow's and sheep's milk. All of our products are 100% dairy and natural, as well as are made with a traditional technic of making dairy products. We buy milk exclusively from subcontractors with whom we have established long-term cooperation, whose farms are strictly controlled and who guarantee the quality of the cow's and sheep's milk that they sell to us. However, to be sure, we test the milk that enters the production process daily.
PRODUCTS
Our dairy MLECHPAT is already a well-known brand on the market in the Tikvesh region. Our production range consists of high-quality yellow cheese (cow, sheep, and mixed milk cheese), as well as white cheese also made from cow, sheep, and mixed milk cheese. The specific taste of our products is obtained by using the traditional technology for the production of cheese, and also by the fact that in addition to this technology, we only use milk. No additives, preservatives, other fats, flavor enhancers, and taste are added to speed up the process. We are simply guided by the idea of offering consumers dairy products the same as our great-grandparents did and ate.
