The tradition of sheep breeding and the production of sheep cheese in the Sofronievski family has been passed down from generation to generation. Our products are distinguished by their high quality precisely due to our great experience, the ecologically clean region, and the method of milk processing. The annual production of over 20 tons of cheese and the number of 3000 sheep are proof of the quality and demand for our products.
The path of our cheese and first-class cheese begins in the sheep pen in the village of Brodec, in the Mavrovo region, at 2000 meters above sea level. The highest quality milk is obtained from the untouched nature rich in green pastures and various herbs, clean mountain water, and air. The journey of milk continues in the dairy, where our master, through the secrets of his trade and many years of experience, processes this milk into the most delicious cheese and cheese for which we are known in the market.
