MALESHEVO MILK uses the best quality sheep and cow milk as raw material. We buy the milk exclusively from farmers in Maleshevo, which is one of the cleanest areas in Macedonia, where sheep and cow keeping, due to a large number of quality pastures, have a great tradition.
TRADITIONAL RECIPE
Cheese production technology in the Maleshevo region has been passed down from generation to generation, so by this tradition, MALESHEVO MILK is a family-run company that cultivates the knowledge of the old masters in cheese production. The whole cheese that we produce is made traditionally, from 100 percent natural milk from this region, with no vegetable fats and other supplements. It gives our products top quality, special taste, and high market recognition.
